Are You Staying Cool?
Warmer days are approaching, which means more workouts and running can be done outside. {Doing the happy dance!} But before you head out, it’s important to keep a few things in mind so that you stay cool and don’t get dehydrated:
-Wear clothing that will keep you cool. Check out any of our Champion sports bras that will keep you drier, longer.
-Hydrate! Drink 16oz of water 2 hours before you run to ensure good levels of hydration.
-Run with a friend to keep tabs on each other and to stay safe.
-Try running either early in the morning or late evening so you’re not out during the hottest parts of the day.
